About me
Dr. Michelle Lynn-Sachs founded Spotlight Consulting & Coaching, which supports Jewish organizations through customized leadership development, professional coaching and strategic consulting. Michelle started her career as a congregational educator in one of North America’s largest synagogues, then turned her attention to developing leaders for the Jewish community. She has served on the faculty at the Jewish Theological Seminary, Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, and Spertus, and is an alumna of Brown University, HUC-JIR, New York University and the Wexner Graduate Fellowship. Michelle lives in Austin, Texas with her family.
