During this difficult time, if you are seeking a way to connect with yourself in a gentle and nourishing way, join this meditation session. By gathering in community, we experience the power of supporting one another by simply sharing space. This guided session will walk you through a grounding beloved practice and a journaling/drawing reflection. We will end in by breaking into chevruta to discuss how marking sacred time and practicing self-compassion can help us encounter the divine/something greater than ourselves. No prior experience in meditation is required, and all are welcome.
